Setting up newslletter registration

Hi, I'm new here, I am trying to sort a shop out (hosted on 123-Reg)

Regarding newsletter subscription, in 'Marketing' / 'Newsletters' / 'Subscription during order process'

"Set whether users can subscribe to your newsletter during registration and during the order process. The text shown below will be placed next to the selection for the newsletter campaign in the address form, under the "E-mail" entry field."

The radio button is set to 'yes' and there is valid content in 'Text for newsletter selection'

Yet I get no newsletter selection anywhere? Do I need to set something else up somewhere?

Did you create a newsletter campaign and a newsletter in the campaign before?
